Return & Restocking Policy
All undamaged and re-stockable items that are returned for refund will have a restocking charge of 12% of the value of the returned goods or £18, whichever is the greater.
Return of Signs & Signage
A problem concerning your signs or delivery must be brought to our attention in writing within three working days of delivery of your signs.
Items cannot be sent back to us without prior agreement with our Sales Team, and they must have provided authorisation in by email.
Cestrian Signs cannot be held responsible for any goods signed for as undamaged which is later reported to have been damaged in by the courier.
Notice to Buyer of our Signage
Before using any of our signage products, the customer shall determine the suitability of the sign for its intended use, and the customer assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
Cestrian Signs can not be held responsible either in part or in contract for any loss or damage – direct, incidental or consequential, from the use of, or the un-susability of the sign and display products on our website.
